The Midland Junior Baseball Association (MJBA) is a non-profit, volunteer organization whose members are dedicated to providing a positive baseball experience for the youth of Midland, Texas. MJBA sponsors the divisions for T-Ball and Fall Ball and supports the four Little Leagues in Midland (Eastern, Mid City, Northern, and Tower).
Our Mission:
The mission of MJBA shall be to provide organized baseball in order to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority so that they may be well adjusted, stronger, and happier children and have the opportunity to grow into good, decent, trustworthy, and responsible citizens.
